Star Is Born Performance Camp proudly presents The Kingdom, an original gospel theatrical production performed by the talented Star Ambassadors of Star Is Born. This inspiring production blends powerful live music, captivating drama, energetic dance, heartfelt comedy, and an uplifting message of faith into an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages.
Founded in 2019 by Charles McCall, Star Is Born Performance Camp is a nonprofit youth performing arts program dedicated to providing FREE year-round arts education for young people ages 8–18 throughout the Greater New Orleans area. Through professional training in theater, vocal music, dance, band, and visual arts, the organization empowers students to discover their gifts while developing confidence, leadership, discipline, and excellence on and off the stage.
Returning this season as Production Director is acclaimed theater educator and director Mrs. Brittney James Crayton, whose creativity, mentorship, and passion for developing young artists continue to elevate every Star Is Born production.
